I AM! I love watermelon in all forms! Where did you get it?!
I went the easy route...my friend was scooping out watermelon with a melon baller and as the juice accumulated in the melon I kept pouring it into a glass. Strain, refrigerate, and enjoy! I have recently learned that 'watermelon water', 'cantaloupe water', and the like are fairly common in Mexico. Check it out:
