I am comfortably nestled in Hope's apartment in Newport News. We had dinner at Panera, then went to Huntington Park Beach, just a few miles away. It is on the James River close to where it meets the ocean. Not the same beauty as the ocean, but I was able to take a swim! Tomorrow morning I've got a yoga class at 9.

Thank you for taking time from your retreat preparations to come to the house concert on Saturday night; I must say, you were glowing. Your spirit was opening up for renewal. Hope you are blessed with peace and many insights and growth during this time.
